I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Nagasaki and I must say, it was an absolute delight. the location of the hotel on top of a hill provided the most breathtaking view of the city. From my room, I could see the entire landscape of Nagasaki - truly a sight to behold. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They even took the time to personally guide me through the hotel and ensure that I had everything I needed for my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a charming view. The attention to detail, such as providing complementary green tea, cookies, and yukatas, really added to the overall experience. Plus, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of Japanese and Western options, catering to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start the day.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault it in any way.

Stayed for two nights to enjoy the festivities in the nearby area. Staff offered free shuttle service, and also arranged for bus tickets. Rooms were comfortable and the free Green tea and cookies offered were a pleasant surprise. Breakfast buffet offered a variety of dishes and the local cuisine was impressive.
The furniture seemed old and could use an upgrade. Our room didn't have enough space to store our luggage.

The hotel is conveniently close to a breathtaking observatory, providing amazing panoramic views of the surroundings. their staff is very helpful, and the rooms are generally clean and comfortable. Some rooms even have a mix of western and tatami style, and you can open the window to get fresh air. In the morning, take the free shuttle bus to reach JR station on time.
The breakfast time is too early, so it can be difficult for late-risers and leisure customers to enjoy it fully.

The hotel was a great choice! We had a lovely mix of modern and traditional style in our room. The staff was attentive and helpful always going the extra mile to make us feel welcomed. The free shuttle bus was very convenient for transportation. the food was delicious, and the breakfast buffet had many options to choose from.
Although we enjoyed our stay, we noticed the hotel could use some updates to the facilities. Some of the wallpaper and furnishings looked worn out, and there was limited wifi coverage.
